根据中国食品安全法规，所有进口食品配方成分必须在NHC（中国国家卫生健康委员会）批准清单中，包括食品添加剂、食用色素、营养补充剂等
此外，国家卫生健康委员会对每种食品添加剂成分、可以使用的食品类别以及使用含量的限制都有严格的规定；
在中国清关过程中，CIQ（中国检验检疫局）会检查每种进口食品的配料配方清单，如果不符合配方配料要求，则不予通关。 |
